Gerz Sound is a beat/instrumental licensing service operated by Kevin Gerz, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. By purchasing a license or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. What we sell
We sell non-exclusive and exclusive licenses to use original instrumentals ("beats") produced by Kevin Gerz. Each license tier (Basic, Standard, Premium, Exclusive) grants specific usage rights, detailed in the license agreement PDF included with your purchase. Custom production is a separate, individually negotiated service and is not sold through the cart.
2. Licenses are not a transfer of ownership
Unless you purchase an Exclusive License, you do not own the underlying instrumental — you're licensed to use it under the terms of your specific tier. Gerz Sound / Kevin Gerz retains ownership and may license the same instrumental to other buyers, except after an Exclusive sale (see below).

4. Payment and delivery
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Payhip and PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Digital files are delivered automatically after payment confirmation, typically within minutes.
5. Refund policy
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds.
If there's a legitimate issue with your order (technical error, accidental duplicate purchase, etc.), we'll offer you store credit of equal value to choose a different beat instead.
For any order issue, contact contact@kevingerzmusic.com and we'll review it in good faith.
6. Prohibited uses
Regardless of license tier, you may not:
- Resell or redistribute the raw, unmixed instrumental as-is
- Claim authorship or production credit for the instrumental itself
- Use a Basic or Standard license beyond its stated stream/usage caps without upgrading
7. Intellectual property
All instrumentals remain the intellectual property of Kevin Gerz / Gerz Sound except where explicitly transferred under an Exclusive License, as described above.
8. Limitation of liability
Gerz Sound provides instrumentals "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Gerz Sound es un servicio de licenciamiento de beats/instrumentales operado por Kevin Gerz, con base en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Al comprar una licencia o usar este sitio, aceptás estos términos.
1. Qué vendemos
Vendemos licencias no exclusivas y exclusivas para usar instrumentales originales ("beats") producidos por Kevin Gerz. Cada tier de licencia (Basic, Standard, Premium, Exclusive) otorga derechos de uso específicos, detallados en el PDF del acuerdo de licencia incluido con tu compra. La producción a medida (Custom) es un servicio aparte, negociado individualmente, y no se vende a través del carrito.
2. Las licencias no son una transferencia de titularidad
A menos que compres una Licencia Exclusiva, no sos dueño del instrumental — tenés una licencia para usarlo según los términos de tu tier específico. Gerz Sound / Kevin Gerz conserva la titularidad y puede licenciar el mismo instrumental a otros compradores, excepto después de una venta Exclusiva (ver abajo).

Todos los precios están listados en USD. El pago se procesa de forma segura a través de Payhip y PayPal — nunca vemos ni almacenamos los datos de tu tarjeta. Los archivos digitales se entregan automáticamente después de confirmado el pago, generalmente en minutos.
5. Política de reembolsos
Como nuestros productos son digitales y se entregan al instante, todas las ventas son finales. No emitimos reembolsos en efectivo.
Si hay un problema legítimo con tu pedido (error técnico, compra duplicada accidental, etc.), te ofreceremos crédito en la tienda por el mismo valor para elegir otro beat en su lugar.
Ante cualquier problema con tu pedido, escribí a contact@kevingerzmusic.com y lo vamos a revisar de buena fe.
6. Usos prohibidos
Sin importar el tier de licencia, no podés:
- Revender o redistribuir el instrumental crudo, sin mezclar, tal cual
- Reclamar autoría o crédito de producción sobre el instrumental en sí
- Usar una licencia Basic o Standard más allá de sus límites de streams/uso establecidos sin actualizar
7. Propiedad intelectual
Todos los instrumentales siguen siendo propiedad intelectual de Kevin Gerz / Gerz Sound, excepto cuando se transfieren explícitamente bajo una Licencia Exclusiva, como se describe arriba.
8. Limitación de responsabilidad
Gerz Sound provee los instrumentales "tal cual" ("as is"). En la medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de nuestros productos.
9. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Argentina. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
10. Cambios a estos términos
Podemos actualizar estos términos de vez en cuando. El uso continuado del sitio después de cambios implica que aceptás los términos actualizados.
